Pricing Policy

EDIX provides experiential learning programs, career exploration workshops, teacher training programs, and institutional educational solutions primarily for schools, educational institutions, NGOs, and organizations.

As our programs are customized according to the client's requirements, participant strength, duration, learning objectives, and implementation model, pricing is shared through a formal quotation or proposal after discussion with the client.

The pricing displayed in the proposal shared with the client shall be considered final for that engagement.

Payment Terms

• Payments may be collected online through our secure payment gateway.
• For institutional projects, payment schedules, including advance, milestone, or full payment, will be specified in the quotation or agreement.
• Payment confirmation is subject to successful authorization by the payment gateway and banking partner.

Cancellation Policy

Institutional bookings may be cancelled by informing EDIX in writing.

Cancellation terms, if any, shall be governed by the quotation or agreement accepted by both parties.

Refund Policy

• If a payment is deducted successfully but the corresponding order or booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded after verification.
• Approved refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
• Refunds will not be applicable for services already delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any duplicate payment made by mistake will be refunded after verification.
